Quaint little cottage in an idyllic location. Bed was comfy Little Garden was a great sun trap Ideal for a short break for a couple with a dog Walks on the doorstep

Maybe a lack of outdoor clothes drying space? The kitchen could have been better designed storage space wise IF you were cooking a lot there. We ate out as we were on a short break, so we didn't take a lot of provisions Also, long clothes hanging space in bedroom needed None of these spoiled our stay. it's just my suggestions

An absolutely idealic based cottage, in a beautiful part of the world, just outside whitby, loads of walks for Daisy and Archie, The cottage was amazing, everything you could ever need and then some, all wrapped up in a compact beautifully presented home, immaculately tidy, with loads of thoughtfully presented extras. We went to Filey, Bridlington and Scarborough, all place's we'd heard of but never got around to going. If your planning a trip as a couple with 2 cockapoos to this area, do yourself a favour and book a stay at the Hideaway cottage, I guarantee, you will not be disappointed

A little remote.

So many thoughtful touches in this property that make you feel ‘at home’ that so many rented places don’t have. Some lovely quiet walks close by and near enough to Whitby to be able to enjoy the town.

The dining table is small but needs to be to fit in the cosy property. The towel rail is not working and the hot tap in the bathroom is loose and difficult to operate. All small things that didn’t spoil our stay.

Beautiful cottage perfect for visiting whitby. Absolutely stunning location. So thoughtful with tea,coffee, milk,and biscuits for when we arrived. Hopefully, we will be back again soon
