It is a perfect starting point for visiting Raja Ampat when you want to spend one or few nights in Sorong. The host, Fajri, and his staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly. Fajri speaks perfect English, so there is no problem with communication at all. He also offers many different trips in the surroundings of the Sorong, e.g., bird of paradise watching and trekking in the rainforest, etc. Appartements are huge and comfortable with great AC and shower. Additionally, it was the best value for money we had during our travel there.

We liked everything.

I stayed only one night because I had an early flight. I had my dinner over there. People are lovely, food is nice. Good place to stay for 1 night, because it's close to the airport but there is nothing around if you don't have a motorbike.

Really nice hosts. One of the better options in Sorong, which is a challenging place to find good, reasonably priced accomodations. Good for one night between diving in Raja Ampat and a flight the next morning.

Not very close to anything, but that was OK for one night.

Residential location, rather quiet besides the prayer noise from the mosque

It listed a kitchen, there was a room with a nonfunctional sink, no fridge or cooker The hot water in the shower didn’t work, so we were disturbed about 5 times in the process of not fixing it I was allowed to shower in a different room Please check your receipt, they tried to charge us for the included breakfast We were never told that there was a water fountain, until 2 minutes before we left The food is like eating plastic, forget about it You have to walk for 30 minutes to get food or take a taxi It felt like visiting India 30 years ago

Upon checkout she tried to charge us extra for the included breakfast, lucky us we saw it. Make sure to check your receipt Forget about the food The closest Warung is about a half hour walk. They had excellent and cheap food We were not told that there was a water fountain for hot and cold water You get what you paid for

The restaurant was closed when we stayed and food was very limited. We got Grab food

It was freshly decorated with the lowest quality furniture and fittings I’ve ever seen. The communication before arrival was good.

Rooms were depressing and didn’t have much natural light. The kitchen sink smelt like sewers and we only had one mug. Food was very poor the restaurant had no menu or fans. The location is a long way from anywhere, we managed to rent a scooter from the host but that took some firm negotiation to ensure we weren’t ripped off. Perhaps it’s changed hands recently because our experience did not match with the good reviews on here.

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food and breakfast are affordable and tasty. The team offer lots of help when needed. We came here on our way out to Raja Ampat and then again on the way back because it was so lovely to stay here.

It is a little out of the town but this didn't bother us. Grab are easy to get or you can walk which we did when heading out for food.

Everything was great. The host was friendly, accommodating and helpful. There was A/C, comfy beds, heated shower, and the price was really good for all the included facilities.

The location was a tiny bit out of the way, but still extremely close to the airport without being on the main road. So not really a bad thing.
