The ac wasnt working well, but the host managed to get me a fan so it was great. The sink needs some cleaning too

This place is within 10 mins drive to airport, convenient! Host is super friendly and the room is spacious. The environment is cozy, quiet and laid back. We also get to rent a bike here to go around the town. Breakfast are made based on ur preferred timing and the host's wife makes different dishes every day. The price is also very affordable. We are grateful for the hospitality and will come back to the same place if we revisit Sorong again!

The water quality. I think it is the same in whole Sorong so it's not a specific issue to this accommodation. Anyway if the host can improve the water quality, it would be an extra mile that all future guests should appreciate and not take for granted 😊

The host is an excellent communicator and incredibly helpful prior to and during our stay. We were given guidance and help with transfers and local tours. We took a bird tour to Malagufuk organised by our host at Baronda which was great. Our host helped me organise a meeting with a local conservation agency. Our visit coincided with that from the host’s family and we were invited to join for lunch which was very special and super tasty. The property is a bit out of town but it wasn’t a problem for us as we used Grab taxis and that worked well. Also the local buses are happy to pick you up so easy to get across town if needed.

Friendly host

Located directly besides as mosque and a church. I got kicked out of sleep at 4am by prayers that got played out loud through speakers. It was so loud there was no way to overhear this. Breakfast was a microwaved sausage and a packaged piece of sweets from the indomarket around the corner. Could have bought this myself for half the price.

Fajri and their family are so welcoming and nice. The apartment is quiet big and comfortable. I had two bedrooms , a small living room and a kitchen. New AC and bathroom clean and complete. The breakfast was also great compared with other homestays I stayed. Some fruit, a sausage, two cakes, coffe and water. Tasty and a lot of food. Recommendable

The location is not close to the center but using the Grab app or any other transport is 10 min from the center and airport. It is located in a quiet residential area which is more likely to me.
