North Wales Cosy Cottage with views near Eryri Snowdonia

Good location with plenty of places to visit. Good views across the hills. Parking right outside. Easy access using keybox. Well equipped kitchen. Provision of milk, tea and coffee was a generous bonus plus a delicious chocolate cake. Very large bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Powerful shower. Useful information book with menus for local takeaways etc. Owner very helpful and accommodating when I was trying to rearrange dates.

There is not a lot more I can say that other people have not said already. That is why we chose it. It lived up to its reputation. For us it was in a very good location for the walks that we did. Jim is very helpful in all matters and quick to help in any way he can. The house is very cosy and quick to warm up. The bedroom is massive and the ensuite bathroom is also very big. The water is nice and hot for the kitchen and the same for the bathroom and shower. It is all very clean with all the necessities required in the kitchen. Jim left us some fresh milk and a nice chocolate cake which was well appreciated after some long walks. There is ample room to park a car. When we return we would definitely choose this Cosy Cottage for two people it is ideal.

The roads could be a bit bigger. That is the charm of wales.

As we were on a working trip it was nice to come back and relax in comfortable surroundings and the cottage was well equipped for making a meal

The location & the views. It was warm & comfortable. The large bedroom & bathroom upstairs.

We were initially surprised by the local mess in the next door neighbours’ yard, but it didn’t directly affect our stay. The bed is quite hard, but I didn’t mind that. The back garden is terraced and not so easy to sit out due to the sloping slate; we were out all day, every day so didn’t make use of garden.

The location of the cottage was beautiful. The cleanliness and up keep of the cottage was very good. The owner jim was a lovely host. Very informative / good communication via email very thoughtful leaving us some cake upon our arrival. The property was well equipped from washing up equipment, cups, plates, cutlery, washing machine , shower gel , shampoo and conditioner etc.

The matress was rather hard, a little too firm for us to have a good sleep on . Although this is our ( personal preference)

The location was fab and the views were stunning.. The cottage was cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Jim the host is friendly and helpful.. The locals were really nice next door and in the local pub where we spent a couple evenings
