The keypad entry is a great idea so people could come back when they wanted and not to have to worry about having a key

The location is in a rough area, we were frequently told to stay in large groups and not to to walk back on our own. The street smelt of marijuana .The showers on the second and third floor we rubbish. The pressure wasn’t good and the temperature were mainly freezing cold. The place wasn’t very clean with breadsticks under beds, dirt on the window sills and the hob was very bad. The toilet seat didn’t fit on the toilet in the downstairs toilet. The photos on the site do not represent what you get.

We were a group of females ageing from 44-90 and it was lovely to have space to socialise. Beds were clean and comfortable. Location was good

The only thing that let this property down in a big way, was the showers, the water pressure was awful and it was either hot if freezing

Showers were freezing cold. Kitchen was a bit grubby. Hair on the oven and dusty sides.

The location was convenient, being only a 5-minute walk to the Ulster Museum and Botanic Gardens. It’s also within a 30-minute walking distance to the city center.

The house could benefit from some refurbishment as it felt a bit outdated. However, it was still suitable for a short stay.

Great space, great communication with owner.

Showers weren’t great, also it would be great to have some bin bags under the sink for tidying up after meals

Immediate area very rundown lots of derelict properties.Maintenance issues with showers ( hot/cold pressure etc ) light bulbs. Very little toilet paper no coffee making facilities.
