location is good as close to cafe and convenience stores

the house is old, needs renovation. Leaks in the ceiling of kitchen when it was raining. Kitchen utensils are dirty and barely nothing to use.

Good clean property, kitchen facilities were good, tv with free-view, beds were good comfy, good location 10 mins in a taxi to city centre, great pub The Hatfield House at the end of the street. Overall a great stay.

Not much to say about negatives, water heat for the showers were up and down hot and cold sometimes but overall not an issue.

"Excellent spot"

Very nice rooms, good facilities and quite clean so all round ideal place to stay. Very good for family gatherings.

There is a loose carpet on the top set of stairs that we found at arrival but other than that everything was great.

"Great weekend stay."

Nice house, beds comfortable. Lovely and clean. Easy checkin.

Little further out of the centre than we thought, about a 25 minute walk but still had a great weekend.
