The Townlets Townhouse - 5BR - sleeps 13

It was very well located for us, situated very close to the venue for our sporting competition. The communal spaces were nice and offered plenty of space, and the bedrooms were ideal for the group.

Toiletries had not been provided despite the description stating they would be, and there was very little toilet paper available.

the whole house was clean and the rooms were comfortable, the heating worked well and above all we had no problem with the electricity thanks

there were no sheets to change even though we had paid for 4 nights, there was no fork, no toilet paper, no mop to wipe the kitchen, no towels and the dining table was not nice

Location and variety of room types were great. House was warm, clean, and well equipped.

Issues highlighted by previous guests in reviews had still not been addressed during our stay, eg: one of the ensuite showers wasn't working, a window in one of the top floor rooms was broken and couldn't close. A number of lights weren't working either.. But, the main thing that put us off was that cleaning staff arrived at the house at 10.30am - half an hour before check-out on our departure date. They opened the front door and shouted in to see were we still there. When they realised we were, they stood outside and waited until we left at 10.55am. It really made us feel we had out- stayed our welcome even though we were told that check-out was 11am. It left us quite disappointed after an otherwise very satisfactory stay.

Big and specious, enough rooms for everyone

Downstairs toilet flash didn't work. 3rd floor ensuit bathroom shower had no hot water

There was a lot of space for a large group. Having 4 separate bathrooms was a huge plus. The location is nice for getting to downtown Belfast easy. The neighborhood is fairly good for Belfast. There was plenty of dishes and linens.

There were many light fixtures with missing/broken bulbs. There is a window broken in one of the upstairs rooms that will not fully close. On a Saturday night, there were a number of drunk kids who were yelling and banging on doors at 3 AM.

A lot of maintenance issues ie cold showers and missing amenities
