The weather lol...but you can't do much about that

We are a group of friends who don’t want to share double bed! This property can sleep 5 in their own bed which is rare! Nice size kitchen and dining room for us to chat in and around 2 toilets!! Parking on street - always manage to get close which is s bonus Easy walking to lovely restaurants in Hoole in evening and easy walk into Chester

A home from home, great location just a short walk into the city centre, big spacious bedrooms

Only thing would be the washing up scrubbing brush needs replacing, there was a new sponge and cloth but the brush wasn't very appealing/clean. That's being picky and the only downside I think I can pick.

Lovely welcoming comfortable home

It's a great looking place - welcoming and close to town. Nice decor too and looks like it's been cared for!

I didn't think they had left me any coffee or tea, but it was in a drawer that I didn't expect it to be!! Lol

Everything! Great house in a great location, only a 5 minute walk from the station. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Great value for money for a one night stay. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The house spacious and clean, and met our needs and a 5min walk to the train station and the live rooms where we attended a gig. Plus we got engaged in the property. Great coffee shop at the of the road Short and Stout.

There was not enough towels for two people, though the host rectified this ASAP. We did hire the whole house and I understand there where two of us but there was a big lock on the third bedroom. Unsure why as it is advertised as the whole house. There appears to have been a leak in the bathroom ceiling as it was watered marked and some either mold or condensation near the celining. Did not affect the use of the property at all Im sure the host will be in the process of getting this fixed. . Parking is really non existant due to yellow lines half up the road on each side. We did park in a side road but unfortunately someone has hit our car, which has resulted in us having to have it towed due to the severity of damage. The person did not stop or leave details. Prior to this we had been blocked in by other cars. Whilst this has nothing to do with the property, I would take caution when arriving by car and maybe find a car park in walking distance.

The host was very helpful, providing all information required and helped with an issue we had with heating (coming from Australia not used to the systems used) immediately. Plenty of room in the house, with the living areas on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the two upper floors, although we only used the two bedrooms on the second floor. There are two toilets, one separate from the bathroom which is great. The location is great, away from the main city but just a short 15 minute walk to the station where you can pick-up up the buses including the hop-on, hop-off bus. There is a convenience store at the end of the road and a larger store just a 10 minute walk away. A great fish and chip, Chinese takeaway shop at the end of the street.

Good location

Advertised as two bathrooms when actually was one bathroom and two toilets. The stairs were a problem for a couple of our party with mobility issues.
