"Great find"

It was a lovely cosy stay, everything we needed, good location, very spacious, lovely bedrooms. You should get yourselves a guest book so your guests can pop a message in it 😊

Parking was a little hard. We eventually got a space and decided to just leave the car in it and get a taxi into the town. But it wasn't a problem. that's the only thing I'd mention.

"Brilliant base to do Xmas shopping with friends- eating out in Hoole - walking distance- and parking"

Location is excellent- good sized kitchen and dining room, huge bathroom and all bedrooms as described

Would prefer extra seating in living room - sofas not quit big enough!

Great location close to the railway station, and a well appointed property

Car Parking in the late evening was a problem but we overcame it by parking a few streets away

"Parking was fine when we went for the weekend no problem parking up. Can park on the street fine. 10 min walk to hoole"

Very clean and tidy. Big house. Lovely inside. Very happy. 2X toilets, 3 bedrooms. Front room and dinning room and kitchen these are all big Victoria size.

Like living at home. Didn’t need to take much it had everything we needed. iron and ironing board. Dryer. All kitchen stuff. Netflix, big tele, play station all there 3x double beds and 2 x single beds. I didn’t find the stairs a problem
