Contemporary Victorian Townhouse - walking distance to train station and Chester city centre

The house was specious and well set out. The kitchen was large and contained everything necessary.

The central heating instructions were inaccurate. I had to re pressure the boiler before it would work. Luckily I knew how to do this - I expect many people might struggle with this. The lack of pressure was caused by a leak on the front bedroom radiator which dripped into the lounge. I resolved the problem by turning the radiator off. This needs attention.

Central location

The house was fantasic, spacoius and cozy with everything that you need for a relaxing stay. Wonderfully clean & airy. Well equipped kitchen also a courtyard where you can sit outside weather permitting. Can't rate this property high enough. So central for the city & the bustling hoole village.

The house was well equipped, spotlessly clean and had good facilities. The host was great, very helpful with last minute changes to our booking. 10 minute walk to the station, and 15 minutes to the centre.

Parking was difficult, it's a very busy street, which is explained in the house details, but the street behind was much better, always had space for us to park over our 4 day stay.

Just a small thing but we were one towel short. Parking was a little tricky as usually no on street parking.

The house was really nice, there was plenty of beds (3 double, 2 singles), the bathroom was super big and also had an additional toilet next to it. It was well located and there was a park within walking distance. Lots of parking in the street.

Super tidy property, comfy/cozy rooms, all mod cons, very convenient location for access to city centre and trains, Faulkner Street had everything one could need including very good pubs, convenience stores, bakery, etc. Nicely updated amenities in kitchen and bathroom (lovely shower), loved the W/C fixture, made it a true 1 and 1/2 bath. Very comfortable bed, easy-to-use heating controls (it was uncharacteristically cold during our visit for the time of year). Very, very pleased with this would definitely stay there again visiting Chester

On-street parking very limited, had to park on the other block several times then move when a space came available in front of the property. Street is in a very city-centre urban area of Terraced houses, some of which were a little run-down and the area was rather dirty. This little property was the jewel that stood out on the street.
