Loved our stay at the Cosy Cottage. Everything was fab, thank you so much. Very warm and comfortable.

We had an absolutely fab time again here. The orchard in the garden gave many fruit, we were blessed to bake apple pie and crumble, my daughter was so happy here baking away, we raked leaves and played a lot. Very warm home. Shower was excellent. Kitchen had everything we needed. Open fire in a beautiful lounge. Tennis and table tennis was excellent. Time went so fast. Everything was superb.

Being close to the A27. Very noisy.

Prachtige ligging, heel schattig vrijstaand huisje met gigantische tuin waar bij schemer grote herten appels komen eten, je een vosje en eekhoorns ziet springen. Fijne keuken met goede spullen. Lekker engels ingericht en schoon. Fijne uitvalslocatie om verschillende stadjes, strand etc te bezichtigen.

Wat echt vreselijk was was dat het huisje nog geen 30 meter van de snelweg afligt en je overal, ook binnen in het huisje met de ramen dicht, de razende auto's dag en nacht hoort. Je kunt daardoor niet met een raam open slapen en rustig in de tuin zitten dus ook niet terwijl de tuin zelf heerlijk is (helaas voor 4 personen maar 2 stoelen buiten). Ander echt groot minpunt is de douche: je moet flink heen en weer springen om nat te worden, echt 0 waterdruk waardoor simpelweg je haar uitspoelen 5 minuten tijd kost. Wat miste waren instructies over wat te doen met huisvuil, wat moest waar, wat moest gescheiden. Tot slot: huisje ligt ook aan een B weg waardoor je eigenlijk niet wandelen kunt want de weg is smal en druk met auto's.

Lovely cottage, amazing outdoor space. Very large private garden with tennis courts; we played tennis almost every day. In the evenings, if you are lucky, you can see deers roaming around, and rabbits. .The house was very tidy, comfy beds. We felt like at home. The location is also very good, near Chichester and easy access to Brighton. Perfect location to do some tourism, if you like beach or mountain you can have both. Communication with the state agency was very good. All family enjoyed the cottage, , including our dog.

We missed having a washing machine. The rest was all perfect.

Beautiful cottage, with the most amazing garden. Have lost count of how many times we have stayed here. Our dog has a great time. There is also a pub serving great meals within a 5 mins drive. A great stay 10/10.

Absolutely wonderful cottage. Superb clean home, great garden. Saw deer every day, pheasants and fox too. Really well maintained throughout. 10/10

We appreciated that some essentials were provided, such as milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. In addition, our dogs were well catered for. The garden is large and lovely to explore, but not dog proof. Roe deer were present every day (despite the noise) and we were lucky to see a Green Woodpecker.

The main problem with this property is its close proximity to the A27. The constant noise was unbearable. In addition, low water pressure makes showering very difficult. The property is old and in desperate need of an update.
