Lovely piece of land, unfortunately it was very close to A27 which wasn't too bad when it was the old two-way traffic, but now its like a racetrack ! Nice Feel to the house but could do with some new curtains and track in the Lounge and the little louvre window in the double bedroom could do with changing for a modern window (bit parky using it in the early hours when frost outside) also let a lot of noise in from Dual Carriageway The twin bed room the curtains have rotted with the sun on the back. Sorry - I used to be Site Manager of a School, it was my job to notice things.

couldn't get the shower very warm - but not used to the type of tap system, so just had a good wash every day. could have done with a simple explanation of Microwave (why don't they just make them all the same ?) and How to set Shower Hose reel outside for washing dogs feet didn't work (luckily we carry our own as he's a Assistance Dog)

Beautiful tranquil home. Very well looked after, beautiful garden. A very loved home for space and able to play tennis and table tennis. Open fireplace extremely satisfying on a winters night. Home is central heated, great kitchen, great shower. Staff are great. 10/10.

Another absolute pleasure to stay here. There is not a thing I can fault. Was warm and cosy and very comfortable, The wood in the garden is beautiful, Open fire was amazing. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds comfortable, shower hot, 100% wifi connection. Excellent welcome pack. Owners and host go above and beyond to help if a problem arises. We hope to be allowed to return again. Travelled with my daughter and our Dog, was a win win stay. Thank you.

The property was within easy reach of Chichesteer, with all of its shops and restaurants.

The property was cold, the fire let smoke into the living room, the rooms were outdated - very much in need of a refresh. The sofa was sun bleached, as were the curtains. One curtain was broken when we arrived. The shower was VERY small. and everything smelled musty. We appreciate that fact that this is a cottage but its in serious need of an update!

Lovely home and cosy and the garden was big.. and even saw a fox in the day which I loved.

Nothing not to like... wanted the rural feeling and certainly got that.

Excellent cottage with huge surrounding garden. Tennis court and table tennis. Superb stay. Comfortable beds and seating. Many wildlife to watch out for. Secluded. A great vibe to the home, I absolutely loved the art work in the home. Stayed a few times now and would 100% recommend this beautiful home.
