"Amazingly serene home and garden"

The location is great for us, semi rural. Beautiful garden, My Daughter and our Dog loved this home and garden so much. Lovely owner left dog treats and bags, towels, bowls for the dog, We were left milk biscuits and wine. They have tea, coffee, sugar. Owner left us Sun cream, amazing! Tin foil, dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, towels, kitchen towel, tea towels, gosh we were very well equipped. Thank you! Also we were left tennis and table tennis balls and all rackets. We had the most beautiful time here. I was barely in the house! Very large garden.

"Convenient, comfortable, quirky and secluded."

The location was great for travelling into Cirencester. Secluded spot, near the main road but so very quiet inside. Open fire was a treat. Beds were super comfy.

The shower only ever got tepid at best. The kitchen cupboards are extremely musty smelling and everything inside them smells also.

"Superb"

Huge garden, fruit trees, table tennis and tennis court. Everything we needed was provided. From milk and a bottle of wine, to rackets, bats and balls. Deer visit the garden to eat the fruit If you're lucky you can see them from the living room window. The house is beautiful. Shower room downstairs but a small very sweet toilet off the main bedroom. The living room has an open fire and has a very homely feel. The area is full of things to see.Seaside very close to Chichester and Arundel both worth a visit. Lots of parks and vistas to explore. The property is very close to the A27, convenient for quick trips. Had three wonderful days. Would recommend this property.
