Dune Cottage

Beautiful decoration, made the most of all space for storage etc. Staff we so amazing and helpful even weeks afterwards.

Excellent location right in the centre of Whitby! The cottage has everything you need, the hosts even put a fresh pint of milk in the fridge for us.

Just be careful with the attic bedroom - we shut the door behind us and the next morning the latch had dropped down behind the door meaning we were locked in, had to push something through the gap to flip the latch back around to free us!! Maybe just needs the lock swapping

Amazing communication from the owners, was kept up to date on when the accommodation was ready and how to obtain the keys. The accommodation was perfect a really nice, comfortable welcoming property with so much provided for by the owners. I have stayed in Whitby on many occasions and this is the best by far. The place was fantastic, and couldn't have been more central for us.

The cottage is very central

The place was quite scruffy with stained carpets with holes & the paint work was chipped. The fittings weren't great. Examples included the fact that the cooker was old & didn't work well, the bedding was synthetic & and not comfortable and some of the lamps didn't work.
