Beautiful wee property. Ridiculously comfortable bed, brilliant shower, and lovely decor. The kitchen is very well equipped. Thoughtful handbook for things to do/places to eat around the area. Well located, walking distance to shops/Cafes etc. Easy check in process. Would definitely stay again.

Great location easy access . Cute little tiny house with everything for a short stay. Suited us perfectly and well presented for our stay.

The instructions for using the induction stove need to be clearly outlined for the hosts. It took a phone call and brains trust to get the safety lock off.

Very clean all throughout, comfortable bed and clean linens. We were able to cook though. Heater was able to keep us very warm in a cold night.

1.Being charged 3% more than the advertised price on the website. If you want to recover card fees, they should be included in the price on the website. This is more transparent and fairer on both customers and competitors 2.Being asked to put out the rubbish bins on the kerb as I arrived on a Sunday, ie put out someone else's rubbish for the past week, with the veiled threat of a credit card charge for "private contractor" should there be glass in the wrong bin. I thought I was paying you to take care of the council's rubbish collection, you could pay someone to do this as you're not on site 3. Long verbose emails in very average English, including lists of credit card charges for various misdemeanors. 4. Another long verbose email on the day I left, hidden in the flowery language was the question as to when I was leaving as you "had a busy day" . 5. None of the above made me feel welcome at all.
