Marine House Holiday Home

Marine House is just perfect!! Spotlessly clean...all you could ask for! Host left us scones, cream and jam and eggs!! She was very helpful to us ...lovely lady! Would highly recommend coming here...the views are spectacular!!

Die Unterkunft hat die beste Aussicht von Portree. Wir haben das Haus nur für uns gehabt. Das hat sich wie ein zweites Zuhause angefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und super gelegen. Wer die Chance hat, hier zu übernachten, sollte sie ergreifen.

Alles war prima!

We had a fantastic stay at Marine House Holiday Home. It was very easy to find the property, and the private parking spot right across the street was a huge bonus. The location is amazing - everything in Portree is within a few minutes' walk, and we were also centrally located to explore most of the Isle of Skye. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our 2 week stay, and we loved eating in the dining room and looking out over the harbor. Fiona is an excellent host and has stocked her home with care and pride!

The beds were a bit hard for our liking, but it is truly the only part of our stay that was even remotely negative.

VERY steep climb to shops etc if you don’t have a car

Marine House is located in a very convenient location on the waterfront of the historic town center with a dedicated private parking spot. This made it easy to go and return from drives to every direction on the island.
