Marine House Holiday Home

The accommodation was extremely special for many reasons. The location was sensational, and It was so spacious and comfortable. We could not fault it in any way. The view waking up each day was the icing on the cake.

The location is stellar! The views from the bedrooms and living rooms are magical. Fiona is a true delight

There are a few tricky turns to navigate if you are driving.

Location was superb. Private parking outside front door. Tremendous view over Portree harbour. Well equipped even leaving binoculars by front window and relaxing chairs in the upstairs front rooms to watch the harbour activity and wild life. Fiona was also very friendly and accommodating.

The location was fabulous 👌. Gorgeous views. The house had everything we needed. Very central and comfortable.

Everything was perfect. The communication before we arrived was great. Also, it was a pleasure to meet Fiona. The apartment was excellent and comfortable. Its view is marvelous. The location is the best in town.

The house is really well located and so peaceful - you have an uninterrupted view of the boats bobbing in the harbour from all rooms at the front of the house. Considering we stayed during March with plenty of rain, the house was always warm and the availability of 3 showers was much appreciated after a bracing walk! There is also a Co op just behind the house for self-catering which saved our budget.

The knives in the kitchen really need to be sharpened, they slip over food instead of cutting and could be very dangerous for inexperienced cooks. I almost cut myself a couple of times and I cook daily - a new set or a knife sharpener would be a great addition to avoid accidents.

The lodging was even closer to our planned activities than we expected, and our host was absolutely charming. Fiona's hospitality was amazing and she was very accommodating to all our needs as a family with a small infant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the kitchen was well tended, and the bathrooms were immaculate. Parking was right in front of the building in a private space, and the views were phenomenal. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful location and host. Parking is private and easy. View is amazing and the house is very nice. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend to others!
