The location was great and parking permit helped. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Property is in need of updating/ decorating however didn’t affect our stay.

The location was perfect for our visit to explore the city. A parking space allowed us to drive to Lincoln and then leave the car and walk.

The property served us well. A flat sheet for the pull out bed would have been appreciated as would some simple instructions on how to set up the pull out bed. But we managed and it didn’t take anything away from our very enjoyable visit.

15 minute walk to the town and house was very clean and cosy

The property was clean, comfortable and cosy, we really close to the cathedral and all the of the bars and restaurants in the historic part of the city. We had a parking permit and there was plenty of parking outside the property. The instructions from our host were clear and helpful so we would definitely stay another time.
