"Comfortable, convenient and excellent value for money."

Really comfortable and well decorated, modern. Convenient to walk into Lincoln town centre, and lots of local food places to get take out from.

The shower wasn’t quite as warm as I’d like! Not the prettiest location / external building but very convenient and excellent value for money regardless.

"Needs some TLC."

Kitchen. Free parking. Modern bathroom. Good heating. Washing machine. Reasonably priced.

Bed squeeky and mattress very uncomfortable. Topper too small for mattress. Walls in stairway and bedroom scuffed, grubby & unpleasant. Clothes rack in closet & mirror in downstairs WC ridiculously high. No coffee table or rug in living room. Outdoor area needs maintenance. Long grass, weeds, no lighting. Found a dead pidgeon that looked like it had been there for a while before our arrival. Information folder needs updating, WiFi details incorrect. Had to message host for the correct code.

"Hidden Lincoln Treat"

Very neat and well equipped property. Garden was an added bonus. Kitchen pretty much had everything. The bedroom was especially nice. Lots of space and a very very comfortable bed. The location is a bit odd but it was extremely quiet.

Big page in welcome pack folder gives the wrong WiFi code. A little sticker (which fell out) has the correct code. There was no rug in the living room. No dishwasher so invariably some of the mugs and cutlery were not clean. I'm guessing this was the previous guests' fault.
