"Great place to stay with a lake view and nice ambience"

Everyone loved the Jacuzzi and that view, Spacious kitchen and facilities is great Much handy as barbecue near to kitchen,

There are a lot of light flies in kitchen . Gas stove big burner misfiring Recommends one seperate toilet as it is a large property and we guess big groups accommodate almost all the time

"THE Willows- good for family holiday"

The Willows is a large, rambling house on the shore of Lake Rotorua. It's a great location for a family (we were a group of 7 - 3 children, 4 adults). The deck was a great spot for dinner looking over the lake. Grounds are pretty. We didn't have time to use the spa sadly. The drive is very steep- not the easiest in a large vehicle.

"Spectacular"

The spa right on the lake was better than most thermals we went to plus they had kayaks which I took out and watched the sunrise on
