We loved the location as it was very close to everything we were going to visit. We love how clean and spacious the house was and the amenities provided to help make our stay more comfortable.

Amazing view of the lake with a lovely sunrise. Many choices for movies. Beds were comfortable and clean. Big and nice bathroom.

Ants were a problem. A chocolate bar we left out in the kitchen had some bit marks that look like it was done by a rat but we had to throw it away to be safe.

We had an amazing stay at The Willows in Rotorua. The location right on the lakefront is absolutely stunning — peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Kerry, the owner, was incredibly responsive with excellent communication throughout. The house is spacious and well set up for multiple families, with plenty of heating options to keep you warm and cosy. The spa was a lovely added bonus, especially with the pristine views over the water. We were even able to watch the Matariki drone show from the property, which was such a special experience. Overall, great value for money — highly recommended!

We loved our stay at the Willows. The location is amazing, right on the lake and easy to access the tourist spots by car. We used large kayaks a couple times and had lots of fun paddling around the lake. Hot tub views are incredible. Kerry, host, was really helpful, explaining everything about property on arrival and suggestions for things to do while we were there. There was more than enough space and my children loved the toys and books in the smaller bedroom, it's a really nice touch.

Driveway was a bit stressful the first time, especially in our large hire car but after that it was fun!
