It’s seclusion and waterfront nature makes it the perfect getaway for a family. The facilities are excellent, kayaks provided, spa is relaxing, the gardens amazing, the host welcoming, I cannot say enough good things about this place.

We loved everything! This place is magical. From the moment we arrived we were stunned by the views over the lake and the stunning gardens where there is a surprise around every corner. The house was everything we could of asked for and more and as a family of 10 this was perfect for us. A home away from home where we could spend time together and cook meals in the fantastic kitchen or if we needed some quiet time there were multiple outdoor areas as well as two large living areas to escape for some quiet time. Everything about this beautiful home has been thought of from the well appointed kitchen to the complimentary kayaks. Our wonderful host Kerry met us on arrival and showed us through the property and explained everything. Then left us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend this stunning property. We can't wait to go back!

The house was ideal for a big family. It felt very homely. Central heating kept the whole house warm. The situation is ideal right on the lake side. Lovely views from the garden and the hot tub was so relaxing. Very close to star attractions and close to city centre too. A huge collection of dvds, books and cds if the weather keeps you indoors. Lovely stay. Should have been longer.

Superb location. Absolute lake frontage. Great, extremely comfortable home with everything you could possibly need. Kayaks with life vests, beautiful warm jacuzzi all at your disposal. Exceptionally professional host with a wealth of knowledge of Rotorua. All the information you will ever need is provided by your host and at the property. Fantastic collection of DVDs and a great library all adds to the comfort of this home away from home. Many thanks Kerry for an amazing stay.

My friends and I had the best time away. The location was perfect. The view is to die for. The house is very comfortable, warm and clean. Kerry was the perfect host. We loved it so much we didnt leave to go into town at all.
