So many options from kayaks, spa, dvds, books, and so much more. We really enjoyed the fire places and the kids loved running around and playing outside to even feeding the birds, not to forget the fruit trees.

I think some bedding might need an upgrade and an extra pair of tongs for the bbq, but I am just being picky.

The location of The Willows was amazing. Close to shops and attractions but bring right on the lake made it feel so quiet and away from everything.

Loved the movie and music collection. Really nice spa tub. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything to cook meals with.

Location is great! House is comfortable and has everything you need. Friendly host has an amazing DVD collection.

The two reasons I had selected the property (besides the number of beds) were the kitchen and the spa facing the lake. Both of these got 100% ticks from the whole family. The kitchen was huge, very well stocked and we had great fun having family meals there. The whole family enjoyed the spa each night we stayed there. Rotorua has loads of activities and we came back each evening to a beautiful home.

The beds had electric blankets which was quite helpful, however the bedding and linen can be upgraded. The main bathroom is lovely but the inability to use both showers at the same time can be challenging with a big family.
