Great facilities and location. Plenty of room for our family reunion. Kerry was so helpful and had great communication. We appreciated being met on arrival and would definitely come back again. A beautiful setting.

The house was equipped with everything you needed in all areas of the home. The central heating plus the fireplace was amazing as it was really cold being right on the lakeside. The house was nice, warm & cozy the whole stay. Prestine location with an additional bonus of the spa looking over the lake. Easy communication with Kerry the host who was readily available for any questions I had about the home.

If there was something to comment on it would be the driveway but that's very minor. Nothing to fault at all!

We liked everything! Kerry is a fantastic host, and he makes us feel very welcome and goes the extra mile to help with everything he can.

Because we were a large group with teenagers, that would have been easier and more comfortable if the house had an extra bathroom, but the 2 bathrooms were very spacious, and the showers were excellent, so we were very happy anyway.

Location was great, big spacious house with everything you need. Incredible outlook and spa was a nice addition to enjoy on a winters’ night.

Superb location, right on the lake. This property even has it's own jetty and a lakeside spa pool. We were all very warm, as the house has central heating AND two(!) fireplaces. Nice modern, spacious kitchen with a double oven. Many, many books, CDs and DVDs to keep everyone entertained too.

We love everything about our stay. We had everything we needed in abundance, from kitchen supplies, firewood, cleaning equipment, beddings, to entertainment in general! Our host was there at our arrival to give us all the directions and tips, so we felt at home all along! Thank you !!! ❤️

Having to leave was not something we liked 😅

The gardens are beautiful. A great place to sit and enjoy the view and bird life. The house is large and easily accommodated 7 people. The central heating was great for June weather. Easy access to all Rotorua has to offer.

What's not to like ! This property has it all , from the music/ dvd / and book collections , spa pool fully functional kitchen and beautiful gardens , this place will not disappoint
