Clean parking was good location good everything was just right

Very helpful owners - found an issue with the heating and even on a Friday night late they were willing to come round and fix. Good value for money

The largest bed has separate mattresses which made the sleep uncomfy where the two met - the light in that room also didn't work (it was okay once the lamp was on). Very standard - for a 3 bedroom for the price good value for money. Maybe have an extra key cut if like this it was 3 separate couples out at different times. Very much enjoyed.

Great beds very comfortable & fab location. 20 minute walk to town , great pubs 5 mins up the road . Very quiet neighbourhood

Poor lighting in upstairs front bedroom, bulb kept flickering so unable to use main light

unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, sehr nettes englisches Häuschen, die Stadt ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, Parkmöglichkeiten in den Straßen gab es ausreichend, die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet - toll

Für 4 Personen war der Platz zum Essen etwas eng

Great location on the edge of Hoole, just 20 mins walk into Chester city centre and far enough from the local bars and pubs not to be disturbed overnight. A compact but very comfortable terraced house with good-sized bedrooms and bathroom, and all the essential equipment you need for a weekend stay. We'd definitely book again, if we need a 3 bed location on our next trip to Chester. No major problems at all, and the hosts made sure we knew they were only a call away if we did run into any difficulties.

Great location. Close to station, lovely shops and restaurants nearby, easy walk to city centre.

Fine for 3 people, far too little space for more in living/dining room and kitchen.

Beds were comfortable and spacious, was in a good location for what we needed.

Some things were broken before we got there so it just seemed a little run down, and it wasn't as clean as expected in places.

The water pressure in the house was very bad with the shower just stopping at times. It was also either scalding or cold and sometimes went cold without you doing anything. The property was clean (though many of the plates etc weren’t) but very small - there was no room to put the table up for example. It was perfectly fine but I felt an awful lot for the quality and location.
