South View - 3 bed modern Chester house - Close to city centre

Property was very clean and very good to transport excellent facilities and very comfortable and lovely house with comfortable beds

The property is roomy and well equipped. It has a lovely bathroom and all the bedrooms are substantial. The owner was extremely helpful with our queries and responded very quickly.

Entry to the bathroom is down two steps, which are considerably higher than average. Similarly, there is a single high step down to the kitchen. I can appreciate that this is a consequence of this part of the house being added as an extension to the original build, but it made us, as an older couple, nervous of a fall.

Lovely spacious house. Close to the town, 5 min walk. Lovely kitchen and bathroom facilities.

Parking was tricky but this was stated and options were given. We were able to park on a street a couple of minutes away.

We had a lovely weekend at this property, ideal location close to the city centres (10 min walk) and a spacious house for 3 friends and my 2 little bichons. We chose this accommodation as it was pet friendly and close to Chester City centre, it was clean, tidy and had a small yard/garden for pets. There were 3 good size rooms with double beds, very modern decor and a well equipped kitchen. I noted the property is very close to Chester races entrance, although not the purpose of our stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend

Nothing that spoilt our weekend Beware DO NOT travel in convoy...parking was limited with the property being in a residential area and I was lucky to get a space after driving around the surrounding streets a few times. My 2 friends travelled by train, there was only enough room for one car!! My friends felt their beds were not as comfortable as mine and could feel the springs in the mattress....however I didn't and I thought the pillows were beautifully soft. There was damp evident in the downstairs bedroom and bathroom but with it being a terrace house I wasn't surprised (lived in one myself) however this did not affect our stay.

Shower/ bath wasn't very warm but we didn't let it spoil our stay
