I booked this property while on the road for a business trip. It had everything I needed I felt at home after being away from home so long. Hosts are so friendly and helpful and just leave you to it unless you need help with anything. Love to bring back my family and friends to stay . beds were so comfy and I could enjoy a nice bath after a long day at work.

The property was clean and great for families. It was a 10min drive to the city centre and the university.

Perfect location and very quiet. The property was excellent and suited our needs.

Nothing. It was a great place to stay

We loved the location. The home was tucked away in a quiet no-exit street, handy to the city, but so secluded. NO traffic noise, no through traffic. It was perfect for relaxing after a busy day in the city. We slept really well. It's a proper home with a well-equipped full kitchen, spacious bathroom, comfortable beds, it suited us perfectly, we'd go back in a New York second.

There's nothing not to like. We loved staying here, it's our new favourite place to stay in Dunedin. I'm very glad we found it. My kids loved it too. They were able to spread out and use all the space, so much better than motel/hotel options.

The beds were comfortable. Easy to get keys.

It was old and dusty, some curtains (and nets) were not hung properly and looked like they needed replacing. The hall carpet was in a poor state and looked dirty. Even though there was loads of wall space there was no extractor fan over the hob and the windows quickly steamed up when we made pasta (lid on in our own big pasta pot), we had to open a number of windows and the ranch slider to clear the steam. There was a lot of visible dust on the heat pump and on light fittings and my dust allergy flared up. 2 mornings in a row some of my clothes which I left on a chair were damp.

Location was nice and quiet. The house was clean and beds were comfortable enough. Plenty of heating if needed.
