The accommodation was tidy and clean and comfortable for the group of friends that stayed there. Very warm

The beds were uncomfortable, a bit hard for our liking. Not walking distance to the CBD

Lovely place which is well furnished and comfortable. We arrived at 1am after travelling from Auckland to Christchurch to meet family. Tim had been and turned on lights and heaters so we arrived to a very welcoming property. It was just perfect for our visit for University of Otago's open day as we came and went as needed easily. Personally I wouldn't stay without my own transport as I have some mobility issues but taxis and ubers are easily available. Thank you so much for sharing your holiday home with us Tim. We had a lovely time and would love to stay again when we visit.

"A wonderful warm stay during a few cold nights in Dunedin. Exceeded our expectations!"

Love the cleanliness of everything. Kitchen was fully equipped with proper cooking pots etc. enjoyed the Dolce Gusto machine and the warmth of the house. It was a lovely stay.

Shower could have been stronger but otherwise bathroom was spacious and warm.
