We felt be totally welcomed, lights, heats on, everything we need already be prepared and cleaned. Tim, many thanks for your thoughtfulness and concerns. We love your house we would like to recommend to all of our friends. we are going to stay this house when we visit Dunedin again.

Perhaps the cleaness place we ever stayed at. Host was amazing. Thought of everything. Had everything we needed. Comfortable and warm. Perfect for family.
