Amazing gem tucked away in Waikari. Tim and his family thought of just about everything to give you and your loved ones the holiday you all deserve whilst exploring Dunedin 😊

For a family with young kids like ours, it was perfect - had everything we needed. Particularly having lots of heaters and electric blankets, as well as double beds in each room, made it easy and comfortable.

Home away from home

The house was centrally located to what our needs were. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Good stock of kitchen items bedding and towels. The host was super freindly and top notch communication. Street was very quiet and very little traffic. Would definitely love to stay there again

Very well equipped kitchen. Easy to heat communal area and all bedrooms. Peaceful location.

Easy access into town

Dated but had all amenities needed.

Our stay was wonderful. The home is very clean and tidy, well located and comfortable. The host is very helpful and attentive to guests needs. We would stay there again.

I am very sensitive to cold temperatures, more than most people so being able to use the fireplace would have been nice. However there were heaters there which was comfortable enough once it warmed up.

We were welcomed with a warm cosy house. We had everything we need, enjoyed the electric blankets. Instructions were clear and concise. We will book the venue again.
