2 Hope Cottage

A lovely cottage in a very quiet and secluded village. Great facilities with a lovely garden and orchard. Very clean and cosy.

Nothing really, ceiling low in the bathroom so watch your head if you are tall. No shops or an open pub in the village but that wasn't a problem for us either.

Charming peaceful and comfortable cottage in a delightful village. Has everything you need for a pleasant stay there’s a nice garden where you can sit out at the front of a summer house. lovely walks in the village and to the remains of Bolingbroke Castle.

Nothing of concern. Bathroom has an angled ceiling which limits headroom but we soon got used to it. It was quite warm and muggy so it would have been nice to open the bedroom windows to let some air in but they appear to be seized. Fortunately there’s a skylight to open above the stairs which helped.

charming little cottage in a beautiful location. The garden was lovely & the orchard was an added bonus. Everything you could need in the property was there even a towel for drying the dogs. I will look forward to returning again in the future

Lovely, charming cottage, the village itself is small and there is nowhere to eat or shop but within 10 min there are various shopping / eating facilities. The host is lovely, thank you for the cake and milk left in the fridge, also for the tea / coffee. Nice and quiet, rural area.
