The Nook, Morpeth Town

Clean, perfectly equipped and well maintained

Parking was a problem, a disc was left but spaces are at limited.

The Nook is a lovely little property in a lovely town, a few minutes walk from the town centre facilities and a delightful river. Perfect for riverbank strolls and walking the dog. Morpeth is an excellent base from which to explore all of the key attractions north, south, east and west and close enough for visits to Durham and Newcastle. For Newcastle take a short drive to Kingston Park and take the Metro. Recommend National Trust membership for some of the places of interest - saves a lot of money. The property itself is quaint, comfortable and well equipped.

Bigger mugs for my cup of tea in the morning please! But that's just a personal preference. Also bigger bath sheet towels for the same reason. Other than that, perfect.

Great location in Morpeth. Very cosy with everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Great communication from Louise prior to arrival and quick response to our questions

Parking is difficult when returning in the evening. Lounge is a little dark.

Really grateful for the parking permit but parking was difficult. Downstairs was quite dark, we needed lights on during the day.

Clean, comfortable and Louise was very helpful and responded to queries very quickly.

Difficulty in parking. There was a permit for use but initially no space. Bug cars might find it tricky.
