Good location, warm and cosy. Shops, takeaways close by.

Some damp and black mould. Parking tricky, though this was known beforehand. Needs some general maintenance (taps, sink plug, kettle, missing fridge parts). Owner responded well to this feedback.

Great location, it's literally on the high street.

No welcome letter explaining location and nearby features. Accessibility issues. Kitchen in basement, hall and shower/toilet at ground level + stepped access, bedrooms on 1st floor. Inconvenient for people with special needs. Must be properly communicated. Unequipped kitchen - doesn't even have an exhaust. Door leading to patio must be kept open while cooking which means entire house loses warmth. No soap/shampoo provided Towels could be of better quality and certainly not from some other hotel Parking could be an issue

Some surface mold around the property due to the outside render all being cracked. Could do with a little tlc to stop this happening.

The cottage was lovely, in a great position right on the river and a 5 min drive to zip world which was our reason for the visit. The surrounding area is beautiful and wish we'd had longer to explore more and because of this we're hoping to return. The host was easily contacted and replied to messages quickly, no issues just general enquiries re parking etc

The rear of the property looks untidy , tight area to park , the house had damp on the lounge and bedroom wall .
