V13 - The Falls with Hot Tub

The location- lovely quiet place with an amazing view of the waterfall. Small local town just a couple minutes drive away with a slightly bigger town only 10 minute drive away.

Waterfall The staff were polite and friendly

No privacy to hot tub, all glass barriers amd lots of chalets in close proximity so there's zero privacy. Fire in lounge didn't work, know turn on was missing, shower head didn't stay on (noted previously by another guest, I would've hoped this had been resolved), patio windows dirty. We went to the bar, which was essentially a chalet with tables and chairs.

Beautiful location, sound of waterfall very relaxing and loved the layout of the site itself. Facilities in caravan were great and had everything we needed.

Caravan is old so naturally comes with some wear and tear, the smell of damp in both bathrooms and also some damage to mirrors due to condensation is notable so could do with some TLC. Caravan is dog friendly which is good however the smell of dog is noticeable so potentially some more could be done to refresh smell of Caravan or ensure carpet regularly cleaned or freshener put down to assist with this.

Amazing location, cabin was right on the water, plenty of walking routes, quiet, comfortable

Single beds a bit small, massive cold draft from the bathrooms if doors not closed properly leading to all the heat leaving the cabin

Amazing location. Hot tub ready to go when we arrived. Comfy beds. Central heating in every room.

On entering the park, there is a sharp right turn. This was difficult to see when arriving in the dark - maybe some lighting?

All of the staff were very very nice

The Caravan smelt very heavily of dog urine and dogs in general. I mentioned it on checkout and was assured it would have a deep clean.

Loved the hot tub and surroundings. Waterfall's stunning. Good to have a restaurant and bar on site. Very clean and tidy.

Only 1 rack in oven. Only one part-broken storage shelf in fridge door. Rusty radiators. Blinds fitted the wrong way round. Curtain shorter than window. No hand towels, which we did not think were 'spare' towels. Unemptied ashtray outside. One of each cutlery, crockery was a bit of a nuisance.

Could of been a bit clean bathroom ceiling had black mould dots and spider webs on them Twin room was very cold little one work up freezing not sure if seal need changing on window ? As the main bedroom was fine Hot tub was set to high so unfortunately we didn’t really get to use it
