The location of the accommodation is the best in the park adjacent to a beautiful waterfall and with a lovely hot tub; there is a simple but good restaurant on site and the van and park were very clean

the beds and bedrooms are a bit small and tight to get into

Setting absolutely beautiful Hot tub was amazing

Nothing really. Confirmation said no towels included and no wifi - but we had both so not sure why you advise guests this is not included

Location was great, good amount of privacy, amazing view.

Wasn’t able to check in any earlier even on very early arrival and notice. No air con, very hot and stuffy on arrival and in room. No foot stool, sofas outdated and not comfy. Curtains very fragile. No hand towels or spare towels. Bar closes early and not open on departure for breakfast. Steak was fatty at dinner. Hot tub was half empty on arrival, had to fill ourselves with hose, next day hot tub was 1/4 full, had to fill ourselves again with hose and wait.
