"Overall we had a good time at the lodge but some small things could have been improved."

We were very happy with the views and location of our van and the staff were very friendly and welcoming to us. We were able to get into our room earlier than expected as we had phoned in advance.

We were a bit disappointed as the main bathroom light wasn't functioning for the duration of our stay. Reception tried to help this by providing us with a small lantern but wasn't ideal.

This is an excellent site in am excellent location. Picturesque views right next the the falls. Very peaceful and relaxing. The staff were all extremely friendly and polite. Excellent facilities with a nice on site restaurant.

The location was absolutely beautiful, it literally was a 5-minute walk to Zipworld, it was good that you could take dogs in the bar, very friendly staff in the bar and reception, can't wait to come back!

The only thing that would have been good was a little privacy when in the hot tub, you could see next doors hot tub when sitting in it, it just needs some screening on the side of the decking, it wouldn't take or cost much to do.
