"Lovely area to stay in, with nice walks and views, staff were a basic level of expected service and the food was frozen"

The beds weren’t comfy to sleep on, pillows were too hard

"V13 cottage with hottub"

Side gate was hanging off when we got there Rust on top of the radiators Shower falling apart/parts missing Pots not washed correctly and put away in cupboards For the price was expecting it to be luxury Also sign in was late at 4pm and had to leave by 10.30 Location was nice that's about it

Location on the falls was fantastic Lovely and clean Very comfortable Bar and grill food lovely

Check in time to late 4pm Check out time to early 10am Bar not open till 5pm

"Will definitely go again"

Amazing location the tub was a great way to relax and the beds were really comfortable. Close to what we needed. Would definitely recommend

Mould on the window nets and leak in the main bathroom
