USThe property had the rooms we needed.
The pictures depict this extremely clean, organized, new-looking, and relaxing atmosphere. In reality… the couch looked and felt like it came from a street dumpster, which was very worrisome. My guests and I were able to obtain several sheets to cover the couch and propped the cushions with extra pillows in order to create a level arrangement. The kitchen was not as stocked to what you needed for daily needs; the washer would not turn on; and the dryer was broken. In addition; there is a peep window in the bathroom that leads to a common area of someone else’s property, that you do not have access to. The window does close, but it is rather uncomfortable. My guests and I stayed for 3 nights, 4 days, and I requested an early check-in. The attendant acted as though there was no knowledge of it and misplaced the room key. Thankfully the solution was giving us access to the master key, but there seemed to be a lack of care to accommodating the check-in process. The “early” check-in became a late check-in due to this problem.

ESAmazing location in the Casco Antiguo; we walked everywhere. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, shops, etc. around. Very spacious unit beautifully furnished. Lovely big terrace.
The 2 bathrooms need to be redone:loose fittings in upstairs bathroom and broken floor tiles and black mould on the wall of the other. The unit was not very clean. Such a pity. This place could be otherwise, a 10 out of 10.

There was some parts of the apartment that were very disapointing : - mold that caused damage on the wall of one of the bedroom - broken floor in on of the bathroom - Broken faucet in the other bathroom (Please see photos attached) Also, check in was supposed to be at 4.00pm and the apartment was still not ready at 4.30 pm (please see attached whatsapp conversation screenshot with the host) I am requesting at least a partial refund of my stay as the mentionned issues were never listed on your website. I have been paying a big amount for this stay and the experience was not up the expectations promised Looking forward to hearing back from you. Kind regards, Maeva

It’s ground floor so it’s hard to open windows without being disturbed by the noise around all day and night, but we understand that’s necessary if you want to be in the city center
