DEWhat a Fraud! I booked a House with terace. I got a basement flat. In the Night You hear every Word from the street im, its unbearable. The AC do Not work. This flat is a disaster .
It was a dark basement Cave. Sleep Not possible. Never again booking with MonKeys Apartment. Be careful!
GBgreat location, l liked the 4 bedrooms which meant we could all have our own room. loved the roof top terrace. Great that we could check in a little earlier and we could leave our cases in the apartment before check in. Area felt very safe.
some of the cups were cracked, only one wine glass, no tea towels or oven gloves. Apartment a little shabby and tired in place for example glass table top missing in one of the bedrooms, floor tiles damaged in the main bedroom
GRImpressive ambiance and character. Old world charm. Spacious rooms. A/c everywhere for the Andalousian heat, great neighborhood with vibrant cafes and restaurants, especially for 20 and 30 year olds. Our group consisted of two families and this was a perfect place to interract, have breakfast on the balcony. Comfortable beds.
Cleanliness in the bathrooms and balcony needed more attention.

INThe property is large with lot of rooms, and space for the family. The location is excellent
There was a lot of noise on the top floor during our stay. The parking is a little far away from the aprtment. Getting in and out of the narrow lanes with the car was a challenge. The washer/dryer doesnt work.
HRDEThe location is amazing, very nice part of town, it was clean and very spacious. There was toilet paper and toiletries and heaters provided. And the contact to the host was very easy and polite. It would be a perfect place for a family that enjoys their private space.
we choose the property only because of the balcony. We ended up getting the ground floor room, no terrace, no possibility for natural light. I think that also biased us from the start The walls were very thin so we had trouble sleeping at times, but were also light sleepers so maybe for others this wouldn’t have been an issue. It was also very cold in the apartment but keeping in mind it is fifty degrees in Sevilla in summer, that also made sense.
