It was not the property we booked- there was no roof terrace and all the bedrooms were on the ground floor, right by the road, so it was very very noisy all night. I would not describe it as luxury… There were only 2 dinner plates, no toaster and the hob didn’t work correctly. One blanket was provided between us (it was 2 degrees c). We reported the hob and asked for extra plates and blankets but they never arrived.

It was very dirty: dust everywhere, dirty and old sheets and towels. Old furniture. We even found insects inside. Do not recommend it at all and will never come back. One of the most awful places I have ever slept in.
PLThe host changed me the apartment for another one on Mendoza Rios, near to the old Town, one day before my arrival because of the lack of electricity in Alameda House. The apartment had a 2 bedrooms and 2 tarraces. Easy check in and check out. Good equipment in the kitchen but there is no kettle or moka pot.
Apartment is on the last floor in tenement house. Very steep stairs. It was difficult to get there with luggages. Lack of WiFi.
GBI can't rate this exact apartment, as the host informed us a day before our arrival that there was an electricity problem so they have another apartment for us instead. The other apartment was just 5 minutes away from the one we originally booked so that was all good. It was also bigger it had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which was nice. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Communication with host was good.
The apartment we were given instead of the original one wasn't as nice and modern looking but everything was fine. I can recommend it.
