Great location

Poor, inconsistent and unreliable communication

Nice location in Seville

We picked this “luxury house” attracted by the nice pictures with terrace. In reality we had a flat with no terrace and no luxury: a worn and dusty living room, a cheap sofa cover, both bedrooms with very basic furniture. This place should be more correctly described and advertised. Furthermore, when we checked-in and found one bed dirty with hair and dust, the first reaction by the owner was to inform us that clean sheets were available in the room, seriously suggesting that we should change them. Definitely not recommended.

The location is quite central, full of restaurants and bars, making it an ideal base for exploring all the local attractions. Our accommodation was not only spacious but also beautifully prepared. The management was exceptionally attentive and responsive, even addressing our concerns late at night. When we encountered an issue with the air conditioner that we couldn't resolve, they graciously upgraded our room. In the end, we enjoyed a splendid and exceedingly comfortable three-day stay. It was truly an impeccable stay at MonKeys Luxury Alameda House. Highly recommended!

The location was good. We managed to visit every important landmark by foot. The apartment is big and has air conditioning in every important division. The kitchen had the necessary appliances to cook inside the apartment. There were several supermakets close by for our necessary needs. There was also a laundry room, with washing machine and laundry detergent. The top floor has a nice balcony, despite not having any interesting view. Its houses all around and a church in one side.

The apartment was not properly cleaned. Below the beds was full of dust. Some rooms were not properly illuminated. The apartment had a questionable decoration. So many different styles which don't really match with each other. The living room has 4 celing lamps, all of them different from each other, doesn't make sense. But that is just my opinion. Also, the top bathroom had the siphon clogged up. Mid bath I realized I had just flooded the entire bathroom. The painting was badly done, with many defects. Some places were not even finished. My bedroom also seemed to have been a bathroom in the past. There were some plumbing appliances inside. The stairs to move between floors also had a very low ceiling. I had to bend my back to go up and down, which was not very confortable (180 cm).

Apartment is very spacious, clean and nicely equiped.We felt like at home.Area is very nice with a lot of small caffes, restaurants tapas, and fresh market.We loved it.Highly recommend it

The outdoor patio was just as pictured, beautiful. The house was spacious and had air conditioning which made the Seville heat bearable during siesta hours. The location could not have been better. We quite literally walked out the front door into the heart of Seville.

There were some issues with a leaky air conditioner resulting in water on the floor and some water issues/leakage with the showers.

Very clean and modern. The host is super nice. We definitely like to come back.

aircon not efficient. Kitchen tap broken no hot water. fridge and freezer not in working order. washing machine and dryer not in use. The apartment is in a very noisy place so if you like sleep we wouldn’t recommend it.
