The Nest - St Ives

The location was perfect - very close to the harbour, shops and restaurants. The property was clean and well kept with a comfortable sofa and bed. There was a lovely welcome pack with just what we needed to start us off. The heating and water was great - the shower was hot and powerful.

The location of the property was brilliant, right in the main street and so easy to pop in and out of. About a 2 min way to anywhere in the town or the beach. Some great places to eat and drink literally just up the road. If you're looking for somewhere nice the Firehouse or Beer & Bird are great places and the best coffee was from Yallah right on the beachfront and a 2 min walk from the place. The property is also great if you like people watching as you can sit in the window and see right down the street. Also the Barnoon car park is very close and off-season it was free overnight so a perfect place to leave the car and quite cheap to leave it for the day if you are not leaving St Ives.

This is an older-style property and although it was nice and clean, quiet at night and had everything we needed it was a little dated.

Location great, kitchen quite adequate, bathroom had good shower, bedroom fine Host very helpful.

smelt a bit 'doggy', 2 lights not working left note for cleaners. Searched high and low for recycling bags below sink as instructed. Amazon remote control needed for firestick when on HDMI3 was hidden away!

A lovely cosy place above the bustling streets of st Ives. We loved the window seat watching the world go by. The hosts were so friendly and the place was clean and well equipped.

Parking and getting your stuff in is hard work so I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone with mobility issues. This is typical of most places in st Ives however so it’s not a big deal.
