Property needs more attention to maintenance and furnishings so as to be commensurate with the high booking price.

Fabulous top notch location. Great little place right on the beach. You won’t find a better spot. Everything was exactly as advertised. We loved everything and wish we had booked it for longer. We will tell anyone we know that if they are in Oahu they must stay here. if we ever come back, we will stay again.

location was outstanding! quiet, direct beach access and very nice set up in the house. beach chairs and gear were available, and outdoor bbq area.

kitchen could have been a bit better equipped with a blender and better pans, but overall quite sufficient for short stay.

The location is the very best thing about this property. Right on the beach, turtles and great snorkeling right in front.

Location was lovely - beachfront - a beautiful, uncrowded beach.

The cottage was very basic & way overpriced! We stayed at 4 different locations whilst in Hawaii - this property was the most expensive & by far the worst. Although the property is beachfront, the cottage we stayed in - the pink house - had another cottage in front of it - so we did have a view of the ocean from our deck it was blocked somewhat. The white & orange cottages are totally beachfront with a deck that overlooks the beach. The cottage furnishings are outdated & very basic, the sofa wasn’t ideal & the outdoor furniture wasn’t comfortable. The cottage lacked feeling & felt very unloved.
