"Comfortable and Cozy"

The location is perfect for me as it was coincidentally few street away from my cousin. Also not far from city center. The apartment was clean.

"Overall not bad value for the price"

Very easy to find and check in. It was a short walk to the centre of Swansea and to the train station or 5 mins by taxi. Good value for money for a group, has the basics needed for an over night stay.

The back garden is definitely due renovation and there are some areas that could do with being cleaner. The decor and layout is quite dated, But it’s an older house so that’s to be expected.

"This place needs a lot of TLC!"

It was basically clean, beds were comfortable, parking was easy, location was central to town for watching the marathon.

Couldn't get much on the TV. The bath was very high and didn't feel safe, needs a bathmat at minimum. The garden totally unkempt. The decor was grim and very poorly done. The tangle of wires everywhere was worrying. I can't imagine anybody would book this twice.
