"property not large enough for 4 people, needed 'spring' cleaning, in effect no parking space"

underfloor heating/central heating good, scones on arrival a nice touch, nice bathroom (other rooms needed decorating touching up at a minimum), TV with Netflix/Prime

picked for the parking, car too big for available space. No hanging space in either bedroom, drawers only in one bedroom, worst bed/mattress in small room Ive ever slept on, dog poo in courtyard

"Relaxing stay at Fistral Court"

Great location between Fistral Beach and the town/shops/restaurants. Very comfy bed with everything we needed for self catering. Parking onsite in the courtyard was perfect and the area was very quiet of a nighttime.

The only problem we had was the TV in the lounge had intermittent reception with freeview channels but we did manage to get my Disney+ to work so we watched a movie on that instead.

Lots of places within walking distance, cute little place to stay

The mattress in the smaller room was very uncomfortable- far to soft and didn’t make for a great night sleep like the other room

Location is amazing, hosts on hand if required, left a lovely gift of scones on arrival which made us smile. Beds were absolutely lovely to sleep in so comfortable and place was as seen on photos quirky clean and well equipped.

Could on occasions hear the main house but didn't bother us, could maybe use a curtain between annex and main house for a complete private feel.

Such a warm and welcoming cosy place. Everything we needed was there ,and also a lovely gift of fresh scones. Beds were so comfortable, and facilities perfect. Great location too. Can't wait to return
