Hotel Santika Bengkulu

Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel not dissappointed, bengkulu or bencoleen in ancient word is a small town although it a capital city of bengkulu province. Not so many representative hotel in bengkulu moreover 4 or 5 star hotel , so visitors hopefully be ready while visiting bengkulu. This hotel have swimming pool, gym center, live music (out door every mon-Friday), pick up service, bicycle (rent) and Spa/massage but everything in small scale. Breakfast menu is good but they didnt change every menu everyday. The Staff are warmly and friendly service. THE BEST LAH IN BENGKULU One morething do not forger visiting the fenomenal historical heritage fort Marlborough , a fort built by england colonizazion , a lof of story here.

got my biztrip for the first time in bengkulu city.. my team choose this hotel for our 3 days 2 nights.. the room is quite clean and comfy. the bathroom is also clean.. but the lift quite small, it’s just suit for 2-3 person. at the resto for the breakfast, the smoke from eggs stations is all over the resto and its smell stick on our clothes.. overall, it’s quite good hotel for living.. thank you santika bengkulu 😊

I loved to stay here. The food was good and also bedroom to. Location in the near of some vacation objects. Near from Fatmawati airport, and also has a pool. The service was great and i reccomend to stay here if u visit Bengkulu.

My second time staying in this hotel. Santika is actually the best hotel in Bengkulu, it can be reached around 30 minutes from the airport. The hotel itself is located in a strategic area, there is a mini market (Indomaret) and some food stalls (satay, 'nasi uduk') nearby the hotel. I am impressed of the overall service in this hotel. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. Check in process is really efficient and the receptionist put extra attention of what guest wants, they are also really good in starting a small talk with the guests which make them instantly comfortable in the hotel. The room is not too spacious, but it is okay. I get room in the 2nd floor facing the parking lot. You can't expect for a good view (i.e. city view) from the room. All rooms just have local view of the surrounding area. If you stay in this hotel for business trip, you might find that the table is quite small, you have to move the tray on the table to make it more spacious. The bathroom is well maintained, but the light is too dim. Amnesties in the room are complete, but there is no snacks/mini bar in the room. Dining experience is great. Santika provides wide arrays of foods, from traditional Indonesian food to salad and dessert. The taste is great as well. If you travel with families, this hotel might be a good choice, as they have swimming pool and spa. For the spa, you have to book it in advance and based on the information from the therapist, many guests prefer to have the spa service in the room. I tried 60 minutes reflexology and it was okay. If you want to travel around the city, online transportation might be the best choice, since there is no public taxi. Other option might be the car rented from the hotel, but it may cost you more. In the future, I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

Booking made through Santika website, smooth. Check in was quick and the bellboy bery helpfull bringing the luggage up. The room was adequate for the rate which was superior twin bed. Breakfast was included. It was a wonderful spread they have lical, Indonesian and western food. Egg station, wafel station, the Indonesian food was cold it was supposed to be hot (fried chicken fish etc) but the staff did not mind at all heating them and tgen serve them to our table. The main course in the buffet are hot and tasty. Staff vary sometimes they remove dirty plates sometimes they just pretend that they were busy and I had complained to the manager Hesti which was very helpful to remove all the dirty plates from the table. Lunch and dinner were very slow, the taste were mediocre not recommended. The gloor was slippery, I Feel down in front of the lift, maybe door mat would be in order in the ftont door and front of lift. Room has safe deposit box. Pool was small indoor but it was ok Great things here is the feeling of safety in the hotel. Staff were very pleasant Well located if you have a car, parking was free and convenient. One let fown. Check out bery slow stupid & confusing by a guy at 6.15 am takes 15 min & iI was the only guest. Because I had 2 rooms he printed both bills separate, together, move one charge to the other many times confused all together, I think he was born confused🤣 Because I checked out early, I did not have breakfast, they offered to put breakfast in a box, and I ate it at the airport and it was really nice. All in all I would recommend it. It did not have a view whatsoever, but the secure feeling beats it all

I have stayed in this hotel for two times and it still the best hotel in Bengkulu. The staff also friendly. I love the breakfast menu. So various and delicious. But, I remember when the staff who made omelets doesn't appear, while the guests had a lot of queuing omelets.

We had a very short stay here but both agreed we wished we had stayed longer. Staff was very friendly, room was great, and food was solid. I would definitely recommend staying at the Santika.

Been here so many times so far I had positive experiences: Plus: This hotel has nice and friendly staff members, especially those who stand at the front door, receptionists, restaurant staff, security officers, etc. Rooms are clean and neat. Its location is pretty good, at the heart of the town, close to the business area. Food for breakfast is good but they provide almost same menus everyday, especially when it comes to fruits (watermelon, papaya, cantaloupe). I stayed for a month and you can imagine how boring my breakfasts were. Its swimming pool is OK. Minus: I found some furnitures, mostly desks, were broken and not attached firmly at the wall. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, but a bit slippery at the shower corner. Parking area is small, not convenient if you stay during peak season. There is a Pasar Malam Santika event every Friday evening, the crowd and music can be so much bothering and there will be limited spaces for parking.

Visiting Bengkulu for Business purposes, stay for 3 night and it was a memorable one. Great job for the events held regularly to entertain the guests and people around the hotel. Staffs providing the service was so amazing, Fenny at the Front Desk, Fitri (Restaurant) and Nengah (Bellboy). When I realised that I lost my wallet at the airport, Fenny and Nengah proactively made a serrious effort to resolve it. Thank you for that extra miles service genuinely delivered from the Heart!!
