Hotel Santika Bengkulu

I'm here for business purpose. Stayed for 3 nights. And yes, it's Santika. My most favourite hotel in Indonesia. The room is nice, average large, friendly staff, and delicious food. I always like to spent more time for breakfast in Santika.

First time trip to Bengkulu, Santika Hotel Bengkulu , as chosen one..Right place to stay here, easy to reach many places. Hotel staffs service warmly , my room's comfy , although get smoking room. Breakfast menu... so many choice

For such small town, eventhough Bengkulu is the capital of the Province, Santika hotel is quite good. It stated as a 4 stars hotel but to me it is less for the value. The bathroom is dirty due to lack of maintenance. The colour of the towel is almost jellow, it seems never washed properly. For airport transport they charge you painly. They informed me about charging but I used to get free shutle transport fourth and back. The most compliment I can write here about the service of their personnel!!! When I got problem to log in into their wifi, the girl come up to our room to help me and when she also can not solved the problem, without hesitate she called their IT's and this one finnaly has made me smile again with in login into their provide wifi. The next morning for the breakfast, at their restaurant stand a young and energic man who aporeached and has served us as the guests at the 5 stars hotel. The breakfast their provide is great. We are introduced to their local food specialities. They have great pisang goreng which we tried in the afternoon, worthy to try. This one is a good way to let foreigner knowing on about what they eat. They all helpfull even their English is not perfect. From the entrance, the reception, and the restaurant, they did their utmost to please us.

It was nice experience during my stayed for 4 nights in this Hotel. The breakfast is owesome & the staff are friendly. I would love to stay here again for the future visits.That will be nice too if the hotel provided the hair dryer in the room.

The hotel was comfortable. After a long day at work and travel, I hoped for a good spa which I saw at the hotel. Unfortunately that was not that great as they had advertised. They were more interested in selling the higher priced packages and more importantly speaking in English was a challenge. The room service was good and the food was served hot. The buffet breakfast was just about ok. The room/ bathroom was clean and comfortable.
