Une belle maison tout équipée et spacieuse, un personnel (adorable) très réactif en cas de soucis. A 1h de NY avec toutefois un réseau de transports publics suffisant. Vraiment une pépite.

le système d'ouverture des portes, ce n'était pas toujours évident l'accès. Le chauffage pas allumé au début dans la chambre et difficile de savoir d'où vient le souci sans instructions qui expliquent le fonctionnement (pas de lumière verte=éteint)

I disliked everything about this property. We arrived at this property around 10 pm on Sunday night, and when we left Mondaymorningwe did not go back, but had to pay for the entire week. You have to drive down an alley to get to the parking for this property, and there are no signs to let you know if it's the right one. I walked to the front door, and upon entering the property, I smelled smoke that was coming from the bedroom immediately to the right. I walked thru the house, and I noticed several things, and I notified the host immediately. There were 6 beds in the home, but only 2 of the beds were made, the room that smelled like smoke and a bedroom upstairs. One of the bedroom upstairs was configured strangely. There was a bed when you opened the door and behind the bed was a slanted wall where there was another bed. This room had 5 windows, and only one could open, but it didn't lock. My young adult walked innthe room that smelled like smoke and had problems breathing to the point we didn't get to move into the dorms due to having to have a breathing treatment. I broke out in hives from something, and I'm not sure what. I notified the host of all of the things that were occurring and asked if I could pay for one night and leave. They told me I could, but I wouldn't get a refund for the other 6 nights. I understand their cancelation policy. I feel like since I couldn't stay at the property due to my young adult breathing issues from the smoke that I should not be made to pay for an entire week. This was the worst experience I have ever had and will never book with this host again.

There’s no cleaning staff, they don’t check the property after a person check out, they just let ppl check in without checking the property after the previous person checked out and not cleaning it either, I know this because I extended my stay and due to a glitch on the booking site they double booked and a guy walked in on me, now this would’ve never happened if there was a cleaning staff that cleaned or made sure guests checked out on time, plus they don’t change the door codes which is scary as hell

Misleading Listing – Unsafe, Uncomfortable, and Poorly Managed

This property is nothing like the pictures. It felt more like a trap than a rental. The house is cluttered with an overwhelming number of doors, which creates a very unsettling and insecure environment. There were “rules” and threatening notes posted everywhere, making it feel more like a prison than a vacation rental. The worst part? My car was damaged overnight while parked on the property. There are no security cameras, and the host takes zero responsibility. I was left to deal with a hit-and-run and only had the police report to show for it. If you care about your safety, peace of mind, and money – avoid this listing. Booking.com should investigate this host for false advertising and failure to provide a secure environment.
