It was cheap and close to the airport.

!!BEWARE!! The property is not safe. On multiple occasions there was a peeping Tom looking through the windows which made my friend who is a survivor of SA extremely uncomfortable to the point of calling the cops and fleeing the property. The property manager was completely unhelpful and insisted that the property was safe before admitting that they administer it completely remotely and have no way of confirming whether or not it's actually safe. I asked for the remainder of the stay to be cancelled and refunded because of the safety issue and they refused. They also did not return the $200 security deposit (which has to be done by Zelle). They were also completely unreachable because the phone number they have listed doesn't actually accept phone calls, so Booking tried contacting them about the issue for several days by email with no response. When I finally was able to get in contact with them through chat, they were extremely rude.

Ceiling too low and there was barely any heat

The free parking was nice for my moving truck and it was a decent place to stay over for the night in my move - but that's the sort of purpose it serves.

It felt a bit overpriced. The door code provided was wrong, so I was stuck outside for a little bit. They were quick to reply, but was confusing and a little frustrating. There's a lot of rules posted inside that made me worried about being charged for small things like trash and using the facilities (they ended up not; but if you are there on a specific night of the week they say you have to take the trash out(?)). It felt strange that after booking I had to Zelle a $200 deposit (it was returned) vs. it being all through Booking.com. There are some gaps into the walls that are mostly covered but my cat almost got into the walls a couple of times; I hope those get fully attended to! Overall, it's fine but just be aware of the purpose it serves when you show up.

The amount of beds there are to accommodate my family

Location. No livingroom. Heating controlled by owner and not tenant. Some parts of the home was extremely cold. Missing wine opener. Fridge and freezer were not open and waited a whole day before fridge was cold. Too many rules and regulations. I understand if your renting to teenagers but adults don’t need to be bombarded by rules and times to be quiet and not make noise while we get woken up by the extreme traffic on busy road right in front of home !

Lots of space, good connection to the city

Owner pressured us to send a deposit outside of booking via paypal prior to us ever seeing the property and without knowing him. Never had someone force me to send money in addition to what has already been paid on booking. One of the reasons we picked this place was the fact that we could prepare meals there, but almost all the dishes were so extremely dirty and sticky that it was not possible to use them. We ended up buying plastic cutlery and not preparing any meals here. It was not one plate that was sticky, but literally everything from pots to forks. The beds were all very uncomfortable, with the cheapest „mattresses“ you can find. Also, owner charges extra for a hot tub and you will also have to pay before arrival. Don‘t do it, it‘s not worth it because it‘s basically on a parking lot behind the house, observed by the landlord through a camera

You can't change the temperature of the house, you gotta ask the staff. full of cameras. worst facilities charged deposit and never got back.
