No kitchen basin Parking is terrible with all the dead tree brush and tiny muddy space turn dead treat brushes scratch car paint. Middelpath from parking across road toward living space has very nice flowers,, but it's not planted on the side but in the middle!! This makes it impossible to make a decent 3 way turn or offload and onload your vechile.
